One of the worst outlets to have subway. answer the staff has given is they will not serve as they have online orders which they will fulfill first. When asked why the other staff cannot make it the answer was he will prepare only veg…. Slow claps. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in

This was the worst experience of my life with Subway. I have been eating Subway for the past 12 years and have never encountered anything like this. On 10th January around 1:00 AM, I ordered a Paneer Tikka sandwich with specific sauce selections. What I received was shocking — there was no paneer at all in the Paneer Tikka. The sauces I selected were missing; instead, only two random sauces were added. On top of that, I did not request onion, yet the sandwich was loaded with it. This reflects complete carelessness and a total lack of attention to an order. It seriously makes one wonder who prepared this order and in what state, because such negligence is unacceptable from a brand like Subway. Absolutely disappointed with the outlet and its staff.
