Totally rude and pathetic customer service. I visited subway today in the evening. There was no one in the shop and he started taking my order. All of a sudden, 3 workers from the neighboring shop entered subway and asked for sub. The guy just left my order and started preparing order for others. When confronted, he said that thise guys are his guys and said to me that if you want to eat, stay or leave. When I again confronted him on his rude tone, he said if I asked to wait, why can't you wait. I told him I will be complaining about him and asked for his name, he denied. So since college time subway sandwiches are my fav , so to overcome my nostalgia i hopped in subway for some veg sandwiches , To my surprise the cashier who was in front of POS asked us to scan a QR code and place an online order just because we said we want to pay through UPI , just annoyed with scanning and selecting our meal we left and ended up with some fresh desi chaat , Just one question to subway management why are u people forcing your cashier not to accept direct orders , dont ask them to annoy ur customers Food: 5 Service: 1

One of the worst outlets to have subway. answer the staff has given is they will not serve as they have online orders which they will fulfill first. When asked why the other staff cannot make it the answer was he will prepare only veg. Slow claps Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
