To my surprise, this outlet is a brand-owned and operated store — which makes my experience even more disappointing. The overall hygiene levels were quite poor during my visit. The staff seemed uninformed about the products and unaware of which machines were functional or not. Shockingly, they didn’t even know how to prepare a proper Subway sandwich. In one instance, after using the wrong bread, the server lifted the entire salad filling by hand and transferred it onto another bread as it is, instead of a layer-by-layer process. There also appeared to be a cooling and electrical compliance issue; I was told there had been a fire (short circuit) incident recently. Moreover, the team had no service register or official complaint book available for customers. Overall: Totally avoidable experience. For a brand-owned outlet, this level of service and hygiene is unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
