My experience at Subway today was really bad. Your staff was busy on their phone instead of introducing the menu and explaining the options. There was no greeting or welcoming, nothing. The bread was also very hard, it felt like old stock that wasn't even warmed properly. Subway is usually good, but the staff and customer service today were really poor and disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a footlong chicken tandoori at infinity subway, firstly he put alot of chicken tandoori than usual, which was good, but after eating the sub, I got to know why, the chicken ticka was too salty, it tasted like it has gone bad, I ordered at 10pm today, they could have just denied service by saying the chicken isn't good, but they served me the footlong which cost ny 587Rs, which was not worth it, i feel like I wasted my money at subway and could have gotten something better at the same price. I have placed a complaint on the subway customer care, hoepfully my issue gets resolved. If not, i am never going back to this subway, and will give a bad review everywhere. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
