I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Shruti. She was extremely professional, polite, and attentive while preparing my sandwich. She took the time to suggest sauce combinations that turned out to be absolutely perfect and really enhanced the flavor of the sandwich. Her service was quick, friendly, and made the whole visit enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about customer satisfaction. I had a very disappointing experience at Subway – Sion Circle (Petrol Pump area) due to the behaviour of a staff member named Simon. I ordered a Cheesy Paneer Tikka sub and requested to add sauces. Instead of responding professionally, he arrogantly stated that only tandoori sauce could be added and refused the rest. This was surprising, as no other Subway outlet has ever declined adding sauces for this item. When I questioned this, he started arguing and said he would add the sauces “only because you are requesting”, followed by an unnecessary comment that customers don’t have knowledge and that he would “give knowledge” about what is included. This was extremely rude, disrespectful, and uncalled for. Such behaviour creates unnecessary chaos and reflects poorly on the brand. Customers expect polite communication and basic courtesy, not arrogance and arguments over simple requests. I hope the management looks into this and ensures staff are trained on customer handling and respectful communication. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
