Extremelly Rude Staff. We gave order for subways and the preparation time took so long. I want to particularly highlight about the rude behavior of staff who was preparing the sub for us. His name is Devyanshu Sharma. And when I requested to speak to the store manager , they told me he is busy having his lunch. Just for everyones knowledge , the time was 5:00pm. And they said the store manager was having lunch. But I insisted that I wanted to meet him. He came out of the back area , just to tell me that the staff behaved rudely as he is new. I responded with saying that how does he plan to teach / correct his staffs behaviour to which he was not interested. I could see he gave a damn about how insulted me and the entire group was feeling. I asked for his heads number , or area sales head details. He provided me the same and said -- " This will be of nonise as complaint is going to come to me only". I had no words at sheer casual behavior and disrespect towards an age old customer who has always been fond of going to subway. Would never visit this outlet again and I am really disappointed in subway as a brand to have kept such staff. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
