I ordered an Aloo Patty Sub from Subway, and it was absolutely disgusting. The patty felt like plastic and rubber — completely inedible and nothing like real food. I was genuinely shocked at the quality being served by such a big brand.When I tried to raise a complaint with Zomato, they simply brushed it off saying that food quality is not their responsibility as they are only the delivery partner. So, if not them, then who is going to take responsibility for what customers are being made to eat?I really don’t understand what Subway is doing with its food standards or if they even check what’s being served under their name. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and concerning. Someone needs to take action against such a heinous act before more customers have to face this kind of horrible experience.
