I am told that italian bmt lamb and lamb pepperoni are the same except for adding a chicken pepperoni in the bmt. So according to the staff here, a lamb pepperoni with chicken pepperoni makes an italian bmt lamb sw. Whereas an italian bmt lamb sandwich should come with lamb pieces and not pepperoni.
