The experience was average; the food was nice, just okay. However, the atmosphere was where it really fell flat. There was no air conditioning, firstly. Also, I believe something had burnt in the kitchen or the oven, not entirely sure, but the whole restaurant had a heavy sensation, and it was really burning our eyes. There was no hand sanitizer left in the dispenser, and from the looks I believe it hasn't been used since Covid times, no place to wash hands either. They need to upkeep the infrastructure; tables, chairs, flooring all need a bit of a renovation. A sub-par Subway experience. I ordered a footlong from the old palasia branch and they sent me half the order and tried to blame it on the delivery guy.The package was completely intact which would’ve made it impossible for the delivery guy to take anything out of my order.Lying straight to my face, even zomato team said that they were clearly lying.Stealing from the customers.
