Many people have noticed that you can order tasty chicken salads, sandwiches and cheese bread here. Perfectly cooked biscuits are the best dishes. Subway Madurai provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. This place is recommended for the appealing staff. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. Guests appreciate the exotic atmosphere at this spot, they want to come here again and again. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give Subway Madurai a high rating.

I have been a fan of subway since i used to have it in Blore. Recently visited Subway Madurai bypass road. First Service was pathetic. Have been waiting and asking if i can order the person taking order was malayali and he didn’t reply back for anything. I had been standing like a stupid for long time and he was happily talking to fellow colleagues. Later i ordered mexican sub. As like in picture i expected it. I wanted to choose the bread as usual in all the subway but the malayali told me it is not possible for this sub ( they didn’t have other bread available actually). Later i saw him opening 10 rs lays, when asked he told nachoes is not available with them hence they will load the sub with chips. I was really upset that i was not informed about it when i ordered. I asked him i wanted nachos why are you added 10 rs lays to it ( that too half of total chips ), he didn’t understand tamil english hindi and didn’t give a proper reply but was showing bit angry face to me. Later when I received the sub it was not even containing lays. I wanted to ask him but he went out and i was waiting for 10 mins till he returns back to ask this. He then told as i wanted only nachos he didn’t add lays to it. I was too much upset. I ordered veg toastie with dip. I was not provided dip and again waited for 15 more mins requesting them everytime. There are 4 types of dip and none of them were unavailable and they provided the thousand island sauce they have as dip with little chilli flakes on it. I wanted to report this to the owner and managed but no one cared to answer the call. I called them several times. Very bad customer experience. I paid around 350 bucks for a piece of bread onion patty with no customization or filling. Going out of stock is ok, but not informing customer about it and making them take what is available is crime which this franchise has been committing.
