I experienced terrible customer service here. The employee started to microwave my bread with cheese and patty on it. Upon questioning why he didn’t use the oven provided, he said that the owner has said to save electricity and only use the oven and grill when there are a lot of customers. Moreover he went to add vegetables without even asking and showed an attitude when I objected. If the owner does not have enough funds to run the restaurant upto the brand standards he should consider options like food stall on roadside. By doing this he won’t spoil the reputation of brands like Subway. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
