Visited the Subway outlet at Sector 56, Gurgaon and had a very unpleasant experience due to the unprofessional behaviour of the store manager, Kuldeep Gour. A simple accidental double payment was met with a taunting and disrespectful remark instead of a polite resolution. Despite clarification, the situation was unnecessarily escalated, ruining our dining experience as the food went cold. It was also concerning that the manager was not in proper uniform, raising questions about hygiene and adherence to standards. Very disappointing experience.
