Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. You can have nicely cooked club sandwiches, roasted chicken and chicken wraps at Subway Qutub Plaza. Good chocolate cookies are offered to try here. Clients don't highly appreciate ice tea at this place.

I’m quite disappointed with my recent visit to Subway. The staff’s behavior reflected an unprofessional attitude, as if they were doing customers a favor instead of providing a service. It genuinely felt like their overheads were higher than their earnings — and unfortunately, that attitude showed. The quality of the lettuce was poor, and what used to be a full serving has now been cut down to half. Overall, the experience did not match the standards Subway is known for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both staff training and food consistency. I’m a regular customer at many subway’s throughout the country but i was shocked by the attitude of Dinesh at Subway in Qutub plaza, he browned the cookies way too much and i could taste the burned bits- I told him as soon as I tasted them and he 100% refused and started arguing saying that this is the way we serve them, “I don’t care if you like it or not”I’m sorry but this is unacceptable and he needs to realise that it’s not free food, I’m paying for it and his salary DOES come from every customer who walks in the door. Wasted my money but also got disrespected by a disgruntled employee. This is the last time I choose to eat at subway ever again.
