1 star only because there’s no option for zero. This outlet is an absolute disappointment and does no justice to the Subway brand. I’ve ordered multiple times via Swiggy and Zomato, and every single time, the experience has been poor. The food quality is nowhere near standard- subs are neither properly toasted nor made as they should be. Portions are smaller, ingredients feel unprocessed, and instructions are consistently ignored. Despite clearly mentioning preferences, condiments and sauces are always wrong. Before ordering from this outlet, my experience with Subway was always great. But this one clearly doesn’t care about quality, service, or basic consistency. Absolutely pathetic experience- Subway should seriously consider shutting this outlet down before it hurts the brand further.
