Rating: 1 star (only because 0 stars isn’t an option) This Subway outlet is a complete letdown and does a disservice to the entire brand. I’ve placed multiple orders through Swiggy and Zomato, and every single time the experience has been disappointing. Key issues I’ve consistently faced: • Subs are poorly prepared — rarely properly toasted and never assembled correctly. • Portions are noticeably smaller than standard. • Ingredients feel cheap, unprocessed, and low-quality. • Custom instructions are completely ignored — despite clearly specifying preferences, the wrong condiments and sauces are added almost every time. I used to love Subway and always had great experiences at other outlets. Unfortunately, this particular location shows zero regard for food quality, service standards, or basic consistency. It’s genuinely pathetic. Subway should seriously evaluate closing this outlet before it causes further damage to the brand’s reputation.
