I ordered a veggie delite and crispies last week through Zomato. This restaurant cheated me of my money by not adding double cheese I paid for. The bread was dry and crumbly which means it was a very old bread. Crispies were anything but crisp. They were the soggiest chips I have ever had. Without any seasoning and fair cold. So they were also not fresh. Very sad estate of this Franchised SUBWAY!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As a frequent Subway customer, I have certain expectations for freshness, customization, and service—and this location delivered on most fronts. Ambience & Layout. The restaurant is located in a bustling area of Sector 8, surrounded by local shops and foot traffic. The interior feels modern and clean, with ample seating .The décor is standard Subway branding—with bright greens and yellows, menu boards above the counter, and a clear line of sight to the sandwich assembly area. Everything looked well kept and hygienic, which always puts me at ease. Customer Service & Speed. The staff were friendly and attentive. I arrived during peak lunchtime, and there was a short wait before I reached the counter. Even then, the sandwich artist greeted me with a smile and patiently walked me through their current specials and daily fresh bread options. Once my order was placed, the sandwich was built quickly—within 5 minutes of starting. They offered regular water refills and cleared my tray promptly after I finished. Food Quality & Customization. What I love most about Subway is the ability to customize every element of the sandwich, and this location upheld that principle perfectly. I chose the signature 6-inch Italian B.M.T. on multigrain bread, with extra cheese. The bread was warm, soft, and fresh—no sign of staleness. The meats and cheeses were generous in portion, and the fresh vegetable toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, capsicum) were crisp and vibrant.
