I went to eat subway here yesterday with my sister we ordered for 1 chicken sub and wedges and a cookie the cookie tasted not right the vegetable in the chicken sub were not fresh and the wedges were also not fresh and there was no salt on it also burnt and today i have to take my sister to the hospital for food poisoning nothing tasted fresh Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After a long day, I ordered a customised meal from here (bread, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, chicken slices + two sauces) and it was the most stale food I’ve ever been served. Everything tasted old and unsafe. My brother ordered a chocolate cookie and fries the cookie was chewy and stale, and the fries were stale too. That was all I ate the entire day, and by the next day I was violently throwing up non-stop. I’m now admitted in the hospital with a severe stomach infection, and there’s still no improvement even after 3 days. Because of this, I have exams starting tomorrow that I won’t be able to attend. I would never recommend eating here. If you have even the smallest doubt, don’t risk it unless you want to end up in the hospital like I did. This place clearly has serious hygiene and food safety issues. The health department needs to inspect this outlet immediately and strict action should be taken before more people fall sick. Extremely Disappointing Experience at Subway Ambernath West I'm appalled by the subpar service and food quality at this Subway outlet. The staff seems to be poorly trained, focusing on serving minimal salad portions while neglecting food quality. Our experience was marred by several issues: - Iceberg lettuce was spoiled - "Liquid cheese" was not cheese at all - Hot coffee was served at room temperature, and staff ignored our concerns when we brought it to their attention The staff's rude behavior and lack of concern for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.
