The billing option is horrible. You have to scan to order anything. We tried we attempted, however, it never connects so we just have to give up. They should allow direct billing rather than moving onto scan to order option which never works. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Subway via Swiggy. I ordered sandwiches and a wrap, but what I received were frozen, unheated items. No effort was made to heat or prepare the food, which is unacceptable. The worst part is that they charged a huge amount for this subpar food. It's ridiculous that Subway can get away with providing such poor quality food and still charge customers premium prices. The lack of courtesy and care in preparing the food is appalling.
