The staff with specs doesn’t know how to behave. There were lots of bread loaf kept in counter but he denied and asked us to order wrap instead. He denied us by saying that that they have customer order but there were none. We waited for 30 min and none of the breads were delivered but simply kept in counter to stall. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian, Not sure

The telugu speaking lady is so horrible. This is the worst Subway outlet ever. Terrible customer service. She doesn't know how to communicate with customers or understand anything. She talks in a rude and abrasive tone. She started arguing with me for no reason and by the end started shouting in Telugu. If you guys want to increase your revenue, I would suggest your fire her as she will impede your customers from visiting the store ever again. I would give 0 stars is possible. There are two main issues. First, there are flies swarming around the bread, vegetables, and dining area, and the staff doesn’t seem to be concerned about it. Second, the cappuccino I had was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It seemed as if they washed the utensils used for making coffee and served that dirty water instead of a proper cappuccino.
