Ordered extra chicken tikka in chicken tikka salad, did not send, tried reaching out to support, support didn't even send refund or resolve issue, gave email ID and asked to send the issue with pictures there. Great trick to fraud the customer and fool them. You know we won't send emails, because it's so effortful, and even if we do, customer care either doesn't reply, and even if they do, in most cases, the issue remains unsolved and our time gets wasted in trying to get it resolved and so does our money and we don't even get adequate food.
