I had a very unpleasant experience at Subway Infocity, Gandhinagar due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Sandeep Panchal. Instead of maintaining basic customer service manners, he was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism—especially in a well-known food chain like Subway. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the brand and ruins the overall dining experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training or disciplinary action.
