The restaurant forgot to send Chilli chicken. When I called up the restaurant, there was only one person cooking and managing all orders. When I asked him to get the chicken delivered, he told me that he had no riders and would have to shut down the kitchen to deliver the order himself. I asked him to refund the money and he assured me that I'll get it the next day. But I never got the refund. So I had to lodge a complaint on zomato. Restaurant management is very lax and how could they keep just 1 person for cooking, handling and managing orders. Also, the order was delayed. Just baffling
