Pathetic food... Very disappointing We visited this restaurant on February 21, 2025, to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The quality and quantity of food were extremely poor. The pizza, in particular, was a disaster - my child suffered from severe food poisoning and had to be hospitalized the next day. The only redeeming aspect of this restaurant is its ambiance. However, that's not enough to compensate for the subpar food and tiny portion sizes. Worst service by the staff. They lack basic etiquette to deal with guests. The steward, Masoom, and the manager, Roni (or whatever his name is), were forcing me to buy a ₹150 water bottle. When I asked for regular water, they claimed the RO water was bad. The funny part is that they even said Bisleri’s quality is very low. How on earth are they preparing cocktails and mocktails if their water quality is an issue? After this incident, they made me feel broke or poor with their bad service. Despite having a bill of approximately ₹7,000, they treated me poorly the entire time. For such a big table, I had to serve my own food. I was so frustrated that I searched for the founder’s name on Instagram and installed the app just to message him with my feedback. They completely ruined my afternoon lunch and a special occasion. Bad service and bad staff – I will not recommend this place to anyone. It didn’t stop there. I ordered a bouquet through Blinkit, and when I went to receive it and was returning, their chubby, overweight bouncer stopped me in a disrespectful tone, assuming I was a delivery boy. What pathetic behavior! For context, I was wearing a Zara hoodie, H&M denim, Puma One8 VK edition shoes, and an Armani watch – but apparently, that wasn’t enough. Next time, I’ll wear a sherwani by Manish Malhotra just to qualify for Studio XO Roof! And even if I were a delivery boy, who gave them the right to disrespect anyone? Service: 1
