Cheap food. Average quality. Student choice is as the name suggests; everything a kota student needs. "Kachori" is great. Go there in the morning as they serve it hot then. It has a TV. Tarak Mehta ka oolta Chashma is repeated the entire day. All matches of India are always shown.~Shahid
