The staff here seem to run more on ego than on service. Their fragile pride is so easy to hurt that even basic customer interaction feels like walking on glass. Instead of welcoming guests, they choose arrogance and attitude. Truly, a five-star destination for anyone researching the fragility of human pride. For actual service or hospitality? Visited Striker Indore recently and was initially impressed with the ambiance and taste of the food. Unfortunately, the experience took a disappointing turn due to poor service. Our order was mixed up, and when we requested a return for the incorrect item, the staff refused, insisting it was already prepared. Even after speaking to the manager, who promised a discount, the situation wasn't resolved. At billing, another staff member demanded full payment, blaming us for not returning the item sooner, and rushed us to pay as it was their closing time. Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff was very frustrating and soured an otherwise good evening. Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
