The DJ and music selection were disappointing. While the service was acceptable, the food quality was good. However, the undisclosed service charge was unsatisfactory. Visited Striker Indore recently and was initially impressed with the ambiance and taste of the food. Unfortunately, the experience took a disappointing turn due to poor service. Our order was mixed up, and when we requested a return for the incorrect item, the staff refused, insisting it was already prepared. Even after speaking to the manager, who promised a discount, the situation wasn't resolved. At billing, another staff member demanded full payment, blaming us for not returning the item sooner, and rushed us to pay as it was their closing time. Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff was very frustrating and soured an otherwise good evening. Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
