Cozy and warm. This cafe is located in the Lower ground floor of spectrum mall. I love the cappuccino served with delicious biscuits. I had veg grilled sandwich as well which was great. Hospitality was warm and nice. Timely served. Weekends are usually packed. Reasonable price. Overall, I will definitely recommend to have a nice coffee with good service. Keep it up! My recent visit to this cafe was disappointing and was in fact NOT stress free. After placing my food order, I was informed that outside food and beverages were not permitted. This policy should be clearly communicated to customers before they order, ideally with a visible notice at the entrance. It is understandable to restrict outside food, applying the same rule to beverages such as coffee, water, or tea seems unnecessarily rigid. Even well-known establishments like Starbucks and third-wave coffee shops tend to be more accommodating in this regard. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from returning. The lack of patrons during my visit now seems less surprising, and I would advise others to be cautious when relying on the overly positive reviews associated with this cafe. Dear sir, In response to your review I would like to appraise some facts:- 1) I believe this was your 3rd visit in 4 days wherein you enter the cafe with a coffee of another brand and order a potato wedges from my cafe. Since your 1st visit my staff has very politely requested you to not carry any outside food. As you were well informed about the policy of NO OUTSIDE FOOD hence you should have not carried the same with you. 2) I say that being a customer centric place we have always allowed you to drink your coffee which was bought from some other brand. However, there was no co-operations from your end.
