Worst bakery, I bought a cake in evening and within 1 hr it smells so awful, completely rotten smell. The owner simply refused to do the refund and he and his mother were so rude. After some time they even didn't answer the call. Who could trust ppl like these, one who doesnt have any value of their customers. Moreover they are blaming us that we didn't keep the cake in the refrigerator, can someone believe that Please never trust such pathetic ppl Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My recent experience with staff of street bakers was really annoying and dissatisfying. Their food quality is average but the attitude and behaviour of their staff members is really bad and below average specially of its owner Kailash and the lady (his mother may be). They are really selfish and bad mouth to their customers all around. They don’t know how to treat their customers professionally, and politely, seems like they have opened their shop in some village and selling their products to villagers where their customers cannot ask for the right thing from them. Even for a single little addition in to your cake or anything, they charge a good amount from the customer post requesting a lot. They are really rude, selfish and very unprofessional being service providers. Do not recommend to buy anything from them by getting insult at their shop, there are many other excellent cake shops nearby also where they serve customers professionally and politely! Pls do not fall for their replies to the negative feedbacks given by the customers. They never accept their behaviour and mistakes, they keep on arguing with you only proving the customer is at fault only. Have never seen the high attitude of cake sellers like them.
