Two of us thought lets enter the hotel early and will enjoy our own time while having their lip smacking food.
So we entered the hotel around 6:15pm.
One of the staff attended and advised us to seat upstairs so we went according to him and selected a seat but then another staff came to us and said that it's reserved. So we decided to chose another place then again another staff came and said it's reserved and was putting the reserved tag infront of us.
So we shifted to another table where there was no reserved tag.
Suddenly one of the staff came and repeated the same thing.
I fail to understand if it happened to us only or is this the regular case that without any rush and that to in non peak hours. WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS TO US AND SPOILED OUR MOOD AND DAY??
Inspite of their rude behaviour we requested them to serve our food early and we would leave the restaurant once done.
But still they didn't supported us and insisted us to leave the restaurant which we thought was unfair and unjustified completely.
I would request you all to please think before visiting the restaurant.
They resturant would be known for its food and ambience but they lack the hospitality which I think is the Key Factor in today's world in food & beverage industry.
At last I would request the owners to please train their staffs for basic courtesy and hospitality I would never wish that whatever we have faced today someone else should face tomorrow and give such reviews about the restaurant.
