I recently ordered a clay pot dish from the Sticky Rice , Punjabi Bagh branch, and unfortunately, the food was spoiled and of very poor quality. It was clearly not fresh and completely unfit to eat. When I tried to raise this issue, I was shocked by the response. Mr. Satyandra, the Manager, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the concern, he bluntly said, “We don’t even use such ingredients,” and refused to accept that there could be anything wrong with the food. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expected at least a polite conversation and a solution — not to be spoken to rudely and made to feel like I was at fault for raising a genuine issue. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both food quality and customer service. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
