When you are out with your family, you look out for few key factors, most important being the staff behaviour..which genuinely made both me and my family super happy Right from the reception Surekha will greet you with most comforting smile and hospitality followed by Manish who is the manager will be super happy to assist you the entire time and not to forget Vikas in the cafeteria, he is also very kind and helpful. Nevertheless i am just falling short of names here but believe me all the staff members are very sweet. Rooms are hygienic and cozy. Service: 5

We stayed here for 3 nights and found this property at a location which in the midst of serenity away from crowded area. At the same very close to Kufri and can enjoy both the place. The services were just awesome, staffs were very helpful and supportive who made our stay very comfortable. I strongly recommend this place for all travellers in future. Service: 5

I would like to give them zero rating if i gave the option. The place is ridiculous. The location is not Chail. It is 20 km away which is almost 2 hours of drive. The area is highle Dense and there is nothing within 20km. The place is horrible and located at construction hotel. This is the worst worst experience ever. I have lost almost my 6-7K for two rooms. We didnot keep our luggage here and we didnot even stay at property for a second. Service: 1
