The hotel is wonderful. Rooms are big enough, view is awesome. Chef provides tasty meals. Make sure you book all the meals here since there is no market nearby. Staffs are good specially Mukesh Service: 5

Worth a visit. While Himachal is a travellers delight, Sterling Chail enhanced the experience. While the rooms were excellent, the hospitality and food surpassed all expectations. They went out of their way to treat us to some Himachal Pradesh delicacies. A huge thank you to every one who is a part of Sterling Chail team . Also, a big shout out to Sterling for continuosly upgrading our experiences. Service: 5

Sterling Shivalik Chail is a place you can opt for without any doubt. Excellent services, rooms are neat and clean with an amazing view. The beautiful view of mountains from room balcony cannot be missed. All staff members are cooperative, hard working, polite and sober. Food is exceptionally great, specially the Himachal Local Delicacies. Indoor games are also available to spend time. Service: 5
