Good food, tasty and sufficient quantity. Service staff and housekeeping staff are extremely polite and helpful. Stay was pleasant. The location of the resort is steep and a bit odd location, off-site. Overall, it is good for couples to relax and enjoy. Service: 5

Misleading reviews on Google. Seems like paid ones. The property is not maintained at all. I booked a suite room here and the size of the room is unexpectedly small. The tv remote isn't working, kettle is broken, fan regulator is broken. No air conditioning in living room. Chairs in the balcony are broken, faucets in the washroom looks like they have never been cleaned. The floor was sticky, sofa was unclean. In short, you name it and I can tell the problem with that stuff. I will check out tomorrow and will provide the same feedback while checking out. Service: 3

Sterling Panchgani has a great view. However you need to drive in by 2.5 kms to reach here from junction. Service is great, rooms are good. Staff is excellent. Great ambience. Service: 5
