Every single time I've ordered from here, I've observed that the restaurant doesn't give a hoot about your instructions; whether it is about sending 1 bottle without sugar tea or sending those cheap paper cups only 2 extra. And to think that when buying 2 bottles of tea for around 250 bucks, the establishment could atleast provide paper cups as requested.
