The food was very disappointing. I ordered paneer along with mandi, fried rice, mushrooms, and other items. After receiving my food, I called to ask whether they prepared the dishes fresh upon order or if they pre-cooked certain items, especially the curries. They assured me everything was made fresh. However, the paneer curry I received was not hot at all. When I questioned if it had been prepared earlier, they denied it. But even if it was pre-made, they could have at least reheated it properly before serving. If it had been served hot, I wouldn’t have suspected it was made hours ago. As for the mandi, I always pair it with a cold lime juice, and I specifically requested it to be cold. Yet, when it arrived, it wasn’t cold at all. I didn’t bring it up because I didn’t want to create another issue. The mandi rice was also not up to the mark, though the alfam was good. However, the portion size was limited, unlike other restaurants where it's unlimited. Disappointed.Not recommended... Extremely dissatisfied with our recent experience with them, ordered a prawns masala and chappathi for my mom via Zomato but the food was very old including the prawns, they just warmed up a week old food and send it as a parcel to Zomato guy. I have ordered from outside India for my mom in Trivandrum but this is extremely bad service by the restaurant, we've paid Rs.567 for this and had thrown to the trash can without having a bite! The owner need to take care of this otherwise you will loose the customer base in big time, cheers. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
