We hosted a birthday party here—food was good, but service was disappointing. The staff was rude and uncooperative; we even had to argue with the manager to turn on the AC. The atmosphere was decent, but poor service ruined the experience. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve. We hosted a birthday party here, and while the food was good, the service was disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and uncooperative. We had to argue with the manager just to get the AC turned on, which was frustrating. The staff’s attitude was rude, and they seemed uninterested in providing good service. The atmosphere was decent, but the poor service overshadowed it. If you’re planning an event here, be prepared for management issues. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their service. We had a function of around 100 people ( a birthday party). The staff particularly the person who handled the dinner is very rude.. When a matchbox was asked to lit a candle for cake, he told "it takes time to arrange such things, uou should have brought it from home." Furthermore, while eating a plain roti was asked to which he said there is no plain roti now, eat what is available here."

This shows the sheer rudeness of the person handling the dinner table. It spoils the image of restaurant. The management should consider and think twice before keeping such people, particularly for public dealing at food counters.
