Mr Negi, You had escalated this to me yesterday on my personal number as soon as you received the order and I immediately apologized for the mix up and explained the human error where chef misread GREEK to GREEN in hurry as he had multiple orders running but accepting our fault I gave you the complete refund for the amount you paid for salad. I still have your response of how appreciative you were for my understanding, though I expected the same from you as well when you got your money back and free salad along but in contrary you choose to write this feedback.
