The behavior of the staff, including the manager, counter staff, and housekeeping staff, was extremely rude. They treated us poorly just because we used the washroom without ordering any food. As per the law, no restaurant or hotel can deny access to restrooms, yet their attitude toward us was as if we were criminals. They clearly lack customer service skills, and despite this, they still charged us for using the washroom. I would strongly not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. It is not a good place where customers are mistreated and made to feel unwelcome. Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
