Starbucks at the World Trade Center in Kharadi Pune is a cosy setup, unlike other Starbucks stores this one has a seating of about 15-20 people which makes it a cute setting. We tried our favorite Frappuccino and Lebanese Chicken Sandwich (New menu item) and it made our day. After a good travel in Pune this place makes you feel like home. The staff is also very helpful however we only saw one person working on a Saturday morning but it still did not stop the fast service Starbucks is known for. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Dark Mocha Frappe, Red Hat Mocha Latte, Croissant, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Caramel Java Chip

I order pumpkin spice latte in cold. Since last two times I received crushed ice thick coffee whipped cream with spice powder on top. I ordered venti size today and they did not put cream the ice was not crushed even though they confirmed with me on taking the order. the guy named Abdullah always smiles, messes ups the order like burning coffee not putting sugar and too much. Today when I asked to put cream on top he put cream and began adding caramel sauce. I had to remind him what goes on top on their signature drink which has a huge picture on top of their menu. This staff is pathetic previous staff never messed up the order and took feedback even replaced the order if there was an issue. This staff is getting free salary. I forgot taking his name last two three times so this time I took down his name. You need to serve your paying customer better I had to leave a 550 rs order and was too furious to complain to you.
