I am giving 2 stars because it's been more than three or four times since I ordered from different outlets and everywhere I noticed that starbucks coffee tasted terrible like hot chocolate milk for kids. Whether its IG terminal 3, orders from home or work. It seems the global taste and standards are degraded or not maintained. Please retrain your employees in terms of preparation and quality standards. If we are paying 800 or more bucks for a brand quality, we expect that taste and quality consistently. I dont know if its the quality of milk, preparation issue or what but all outlets these days taste horrible. I will prefer to switch to Barista instead if it's not worth it with your brand.

Additionally, the café is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and truly inclusive, offering a welcoming environment for everyone, including members of the LGBTQ+ community .
