Extremely disappointing experience at the Starbucks Vile Parle outlet today. The billing counter was chaotic—customers were waiting 20–30 minutes just to pay. Staff seemed untrained and couldn’t process Swiggy Dineout offers, eventually asking customers to pay only in cash. What was worse was the unprofessional behavior—staff were swearing at frustrated customers in front of everyone. I personally waited 20 minutes while my cab meter was running, paid in cash, and didn’t even receive a bill. This is not the level of service expected from Starbucks. Management seriously needs to intervene and fix basic billing and staff conduct issues at this outlet. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
