Starbucks in general is my favourite place to go but... This matunga starbucks is a worst experience everytime I go there .. 1st reason there is this Female Barista who is always nosy and disturbing me in my work always comes up and asks can i help you with your order even after ordering a coffee . 2nd reason she always has to disturb only me and no other customer feels like she has personal problems with me without even knowing me. She also doesn't let me sit in a place and always has something or the other reason to pin point me absolutely hate this starbucks and not just me some of my friends have the same complaints with that particular employee. I prefer High Street Phoenix Starbucks as the staff there is sweet and not nosy and rude Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Terrible experience. AC not working, it's so hot we're sweating inside! staff doesn't care, very dismissive. gives some typical chalta hai excuse. Starbucks has deteriorated Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I've been coming here for a few weeks now. AC not working properly. Wifi is not connecting. Staff are not well trained. No Senior Manager on site to take feedback. This is not the standard for Starbucks at all. Management needs to do something about this. The outlets in other cities, even Thane, are better managed.
