Starbucks is pretty near Nehru Planetarium. Spend a nice time here and share nicely cooked chicken salads, chicken salad sandwiches and chicken with your friends. Try good croissants, biscuits and crumble. This cafe has great espresso, moccachino or iced coffee among its drinks.

I visited this Starbucks outlet with my parents and ordered a coffee and croissant. As expected, the food and coffee were up to Starbucks standards. However, I had a disappointing experience during bill payment. I paid via card, and the amount was debited from my bank account, but due to a technical glitch, the payment did not reflect on the store’s POS system. I showed the staff my bank transaction confirmation immediately. They asked me to try another payment method, so I made the payment again via UPI, which was successful on their end. This resulted in me being charged twice for the same order. The staff informed me that the extra amount would be refunded within a week, and if not, I could follow up with the store manager. Unfortunately, every time I followed up, I was only told, “We will check and get back to you,” without a clear resolution. This kind of experience is disappointing and not expected from a brand like Starbucks. I request you to kindly look into such issues and improve the payment and refund process for customers.
