I had a bad experience at Starbucks recently. The staff didn't tell me about any offers, and they initially refused to accept my coupon code before finally accepting it. The cold coffee I got tasted terrible, and I was told I couldn't sit in the store. This isn't the service I expect from Starbucks.Horrible customer service Food: 1 Service: 1

The place has a wide frontage and lovely all wood seating in contrast to the surrounding shops of the mall on the ground floor. I love to keep my meetings at this place. You get decent parking in the mall basement and reach the coffee shop by lift in no time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: They have vegan milk on the side.
