I made the payment but the restaurant declined it from their end but my money was deducted and them i repayed them and i have raised this issue with team district but still i haven’t got any type of response from their end too , its the worst aap and service they are providing to their customers

I went to Starbucks at ambiance mall gurgaon. on 15th June 2025 around 6:30pm. The guy at the counter (forgot his name, but you can see CCTV footage) was really rude and arrogant. Despite being a tata employee with a valid photo of my ID card he did not give me discount and insisted arrogantly to show me physical ID. How am i suppose to carry my physical ID with me everywhere? If digital adhar card etc can work, why can’t digital office ID can. He clearly refused. Plus, as soon as i said that i am TaTa employee , he rejected without even seeing my ID and then gave excuse of not having physical ID. This is the first time I’ve had bad experience from starbucks ambiance. Please take strict action against him. He is not worth working in starbucks
