Really bad experience with the service levels here. They took my order and asked me to pay later. I waited for 15 mins and asked for the status and they said they are working on it. Asked them after 20 mins and they said they forgot my order! The girl who took my order started giggling! I just walked out! Clearly have a general staff behavioral training challenge. BTW, the order was a cold brew and a croissant. Quite basic! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped by this Starbucks in the morning on my way to the station to catch my train to Mumbai. The place had a really cool vibe, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was great to chat with them and get a little pick-me-up. The Starbucks is tucked away in a small lane, and if I lived there, I’d definitely make it a regular stop.
