1. Been patiently waiting outside the starbucks since 09:55 am. They didn't open their door at 10. Just kept me standing outside until i knocked on the door few times. Came out about 10:04 and then said the machine was broken hence the delay ‘in opening the door?’. Did not make any sense. Btw i could see them counting cash inside so not sure what machine they were talking about. Maybe cash counting machine. Who knows. Train them better. They should have come to the door at 10 promptly and have at least opened the door when they had already noticed me earlier. I would have happily just waited inside at 10. This may be a small issue to some but shows the seriousness of customer service and brand quality. 2. They served me a drink with a hair on it. 3. Gave me dirty cutlery. Thanks.
