I ordered a medium-sized Signature Hot Chocolate, but what I received tasted like a cheap, local version. The flavor was disappointing—honestly, even roadside stalls and small cafés serve much better hot chocolate. Starbucks used to be known for its quality, but these days, their beverages have really declined. When I raised this issue with the staff, they said they would correct it and provide a new one. However, even after the replacement, the taste was exactly the same. It makes me wonder if they are using a low-quality or duplicate hot chocolate mix just to cut costs and increase store profit. If you're visiting Lulu Mall and looking for a proper café-style drink, I strongly suggest skipping this Starbucks outlet. Instead, head to Costa Coffee—it's located right opposite and offers far better beverages. Even if you're a loyal Starbucks fan, this outlet will likely disappoint you.
