This outlet has particularly bad coffee, other outlets like fc road and koregaon park have decent quality maintained since years, this one just has bad baristas i guess, my usual coffees never taste the same here, theyre either diluted or have no aroma / some flavour is lacking always. Air conditioning is never enough, floor upstairs probably to cut costs never has good air conditioning, its too warm for a starbucks. Avoid this outlet if you want a good experience, its always too crowded and loud, no personal space to work or answer one single call also. Third wave and other coffee chains beating starbucks in india for a reason. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800

kindly improve payment service....i had ordered for rs 1029 on 4 dec 2022 and pay for it using qr scanner but they are saying not recieved but my payment has done (i also checked bank statement, bank app and paytm history)...they told me to again pay rs 1029 and you will get refund in 7 days and still i am waiting for my money back and they are also not recieving the calls... also they are saying we havent received any status of payment......
