It was highly unacceptable experience at your store under Store Manager Mr. Dinesh Pawar. Your staff clearly showed me the bottle was leaking, yet instead of taking responsibility, I was asked for endless proof and follow-ups, wasting my time completely. It is shocking to see a brand like Starbucks allowing staff to mislead customers and deny what was already acknowledged in the store. This is not just poor service — it is dishonesty. kindly improve payment service....i had ordered for rs 1029 on 4 dec 2022 and pay for it using qr scanner but they are saying not recieved but my payment has done (i also checked bank statement, bank app and paytm history)...they told me to again pay rs 1029 and you will get refund in 7 days and still i am waiting for my money back and they are also not recieving the calls... also they are saying we havent received any status of payment......
