This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Starbucks. The staff were incredibly rude. I requested a Picco Classic hot coffee, but they refused, claiming it was discontinued, despite having had the same drink earlier that day at a different branch. When I asked for the district QR code to make a payment, they refused, saying the minimum payment is ₹900, even though my bill being about ₹750. They also tried to pressure me into purchasing more items. When I asked where it was written that the minimum order is ₹900, they took my phone and showed me the district app line stating ₹900 for two people. It’s obvious they lack professionalism, as they never greet customers and judge based on appearance. My worst experience at Starbucks. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
