Pathetic !!! I ordered a Cappuccino and specifically requested it to be strong with extra espresso shots. However, the drink I received was overly milky and did not resemble a cappuccino at all. I raised this concern, but there was no response or corrective action taken. This was disappointing, especially considering Starbucks’ quality standards.
