I’ve always thought of Starbucks as a place to unwind or get work done, but my experience at this outlet was unexpectedly unpleasant. After spending a few quiet hours working (and having already ordered), my friend and I were abruptly told to either buy something more or leave. The tone was unnecessarily rude as if we were doing something wrong just by sitting there. This is expected from your local tea shop not from a star outlet. To make matters worse, the iced coffee we ordered earlier was served lukewarm, and the washroom smelled terrible the entire time we were there. For a brand that prides itself on quality and comfort, this was genuinely disappointing. If this is how “hospitality” is now defined at Starbucks, maybe it’s time they reconsider what kind of atmosphere they want to create — because this one feels cold in more ways than one. We have been spending insanely on this outlet, have been a regular visitor spending a minimum of 700rs , and this is how we are treated, don't know how they treat first timers.
