even if it's s take away, standard has to be maintained and that's y we order in Starbucks.... im both a direct and online regular customer of SB and when it comes to online quality is nonsense. we pay too right ?! or online orders are free?? worst coffee.. not SB standard and no spatula, sugar, straw, tissue nothing... assumed ah home order means no need any essentials ?! Customers are customers (online or offline)... have some humanity and ethics yaar........ don't spoil the name of SB.
