The recipe for success of this cafe is its nicely cooked chocolate cakes and good red velvet cakes. Come here and order delicious red cappuccino, moccachino or hot chocolate. Starbucks is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will like adequate prices. It's a nice place with the lovely atmosphere. Google gives it 4.5 so you can select this place to spend a good time here.

I was at the Starbucks Palladium today (Feb 1, 2023) morning around 10:15 am. I was worried about being able to attend an online meeting scheduled in less than 15 minutes from my arrival time. I need not have worried. Barista Suganthy did a great job of settling me in quickly. Later she was assisted by Barista Sudhakar. They also -- at my request -- very kindly lowered the music volume (there were very few present) so I could converse more easily online. Professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly are the words that come to mind to describe their service!

Thanks to Starbucks as an organization and Barista Suganthy in particular. I intended to give a larger-than-usual tip, but Barista Suganthy suggested I pay a donation to a charity. I did so in her name.

I will shortly be leaving Chennai, but should I return, I hope to be able to visit Starbucks Palladium again, and continue my excellent experience(s).

Oh, and of course the coffee (my usual: Cafe Americano) was great too! I am typing this from Starbucks Harrington Road where the same excellent standards are being observed.
